Madeway specializes in made-to-order and personalized products. As such, please note:

  • All measurements, color selections, and personalization details are provided by you.

  • Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

  • Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of manufacturing defects (see Section 7).

4.2 Order Acceptance

Your order is considered an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use

  • Force majeure or supply issues

You will be notified by email if your order is canceled.

All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • In the event of a fault, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
