Shipping fees are calculated in real time based on rates provided by our logistics partners. Prices may fluctuate depending on the destination country, parcel weight, and peak seasons. Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options depending on your location and delivery urgency.

3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL):

  • Customs duties may apply due to strict inspections.
  • Buyers are responsible for paying the applicable customs clearance fees.
  • Fees are determined by your local customs and cannot be estimated in advance.

For Standard Shipping:

  • For channels other than DHL/FedEx, Madeway may initially cover customs duties.
  • However, the fee will be calculated and charged separately to the customer afterward.

Customs Inspection Notice:

  • Customs inspections are random.
  • If your parcel is selected, you must cooperate with the courier to pay the duties.
  • For non-urgent orders, we recommend choosing YunExpress to reduce customs risk.

4. Shipping Notes
