We’re committed to making sure you love your custom order from Madeway. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order. Because all of our items are made-to-order, returns and refunds follow specific guidelines.
Refund / Return / Exchange
Below are the detailed instructions for processing a return, refund, or exchange. This policy is effective from the date of purchase. Please read carefully to determine whether your item(s) are covered under our policy.
The following reasons are covered by our FULL COVERAGE Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:

We sent the wrong item(s), or your order arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong custom content (e.g., text, image, or design differs from what you submitted).
In these cases, Madeway will be responsible for return postage fees or a full refund.
Personalized Products
Please note that all personalized/custom items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error or quality issue as outlined above.
Order Status & Refund Eligibility

Awaiting Production: You may request to cancel or refund your order in full.

In Production: If your order is already being processed, only the shipping cost is eligible for a refund (for non-production-related issues).

Shipped: Once the item has been shipped, refunds are not available for non-production-related reasons.

Delivered: After delivery, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect as per the terms above.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To begin a refund or exchange process, please contact our Customer Service team. You must receive a refund authorization and return instructions before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order enters the production phase, we begin creating your personalized item immediately. If you wish to cancel your order after production has started, only the shipping cost is eligible for a refund.
