How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired product, choose your size, color, and custom options (such as name, text, image, etc.), then add it to your cart and check out. Once payment is confirmed, production begins.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because our products are made to order, we begin production quickly. Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Please email us at support@madeway.com as soon as possible if you need changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and other secure local payment methods depending on your region.
Product & Customization
Are your products really made to order?
Yes! Every item is created after you place your order, based on your chosen specifications. This allows us to reduce waste and offer more personalized items.
Can I use my own design or logo?
Absolutely! Many of our products allow for image or logo upload. Please ensure the image is high resolution and free of copyrighted content.
Will the colors look exactly like the preview?
 We do our best to match the preview, but due to screen variations and printing processes, slight differences in color may occur.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?

Production usually takes 3–5 business days. After that, shipping times vary by country:

  • US, EU, AU: 7–15 business days

  • CA, NZ: 8–11 business days

  • JP, SEA, AE, SA: Around 7 business days

  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

  • Express shipping (FedEx): 5–7 business days

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout based on your address and chosen delivery method.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Will I be charged customs fees?

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country.

Since all items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a quality issue or error on our end.

What if I received the wrong or defective item?

We're truly sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@madeway.com with your order number and photos. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
